Founded in 1978, Melius by Pasquale CRESCENZO, began its production activity of extra virgin olive oil from southern Italy.
First supplies to restaurants and hotels occurred in 1986.
Steady in the industry, since 1984, it has been expanding its offer by enriching it with numerous product groups: ichthyic, vegetables, canned food, cold cuts and cheeses.
At the same time, the start of meat processing, using an innovative traceability system, allowed it to achieve a great leap in quality, turning it into a solid reality much appreciated in the hospitality industry.
Today, the name has changed in Melius Catering S.p.A. and it directly imports products from all over the world, targets its offer also to the retail and large-scale retail channel and continues to rapidly expand its range of action, confirming constant revenue growth.
